Subscription & Billing Policy
This Subscription & Billing Policy explains recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, access periods, plan changes, and billing responsibilities for LOVE MOTO Education subscriptions.
1. Subscription Overview
LOVE MOTO Education may offer recurring subscriptions for online riding education, course libraries, drills, video lessons, technique modules, and related digital learning resources. Subscription details, pricing, billing frequency, and included features are displayed at checkout or within the applicable plan description.
2. Recurring Billing Authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled, expires, or is otherwise terminated. Charges may include applicable taxes or payment-processing requirements.
3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal date may depend on the original purchase date, payment provider timing, platform settings, or plan type.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals through the available account tools or by contacting LOVE MOTO Education. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, but it prevents future subscription renewals after cancellation is processed.
5. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, access may remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by platform rules. After the access period ends, course materials, account features, and subscription-only resources may become unavailable.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the charge, request updated payment information, temporarily suspend access, or cancel the subscription. You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and current.
7. Price Changes
LOVE MOTO Education may change subscription pricing or plan features. When required, we will provide notice before changes affect an active subscription. Continued use after a pricing change becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the updated pricing.
8. Plan Changes
If upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes are available, billing adjustments may be prorated, charged immediately, applied on the next cycle, or handled according to the payment platform’s rules. Plan changes may affect access to certain materials.
9. Taxes
Subscription charges may be subject to taxes, duties, or similar assessments based on your location or applicable law. Any such amounts may be added to the purchase price where required.
10. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for monitoring your subscription status, renewal dates, and payment details. LOVE MOTO Education is not responsible for charges caused by failure to cancel before a renewal date.
