Motorcycle riding and track-riding activities involve serious risk. This disclaimer explains that LOVE MOTO Education content is educational only and that every rider remains responsible for safety, judgment, legal compliance, and riding decisions.
1. Educational Content Only
LOVE MOTO Education provides online riding education and technique-oriented learning materials. The content is informational and educational only. It is not a substitute for in-person instruction, professional coaching, licensing programs, track supervision, mechanical inspection, medical advice, or legal compliance.
2. Motorcycle Riding Is Inherently Dangerous
Motorcycle riding, sportbike riding, high-speed riding, track riding, racing, braking drills, cornering practice, body-position changes, and performance riding involve serious risks, including injury, death, property damage, motorcycle damage, and harm to others.
3. Ride Within Your Ability
You must evaluate your own skill level, experience, physical condition, motorcycle condition, equipment, training environment, weather, traffic, and track rules before attempting any technique. Do not attempt exercises that exceed your ability or comfort level.
4. No Instruction to Break Laws
LOVE MOTO Education does not encourage speeding, reckless riding, illegal street racing, dangerous public-road behavior, or violation of traffic laws. Performance techniques should only be practiced in lawful, controlled, and appropriate environments.
5. Track and Facility Rules
When riding on a track or closed course, follow all rules, flags, marshal instructions, safety briefings, gear requirements, passing rules, and facility regulations. Facility staff and in-person coaches have priority over general online educational content.
6. Protective Equipment
Always use appropriate protective gear, including a certified helmet, gloves, boots, abrasion-resistant riding suit or jacket and pants, eye protection, and any equipment required by your riding environment or event organizer.
7. Motorcycle Condition
You are responsible for ensuring your motorcycle is properly maintained and safe to operate. Tires, brakes, suspension, controls, fluids, chain, lights, fasteners, and protective equipment should be inspected by qualified personnel when appropriate.
8. No Emergency or Medical Advice
LOVE MOTO Education does not provide medical, emergency, or trauma-response advice. In an emergency, contact qualified emergency services or local professionals immediately.
9. Assumption of Risk
By using LOVE MOTO Education materials, you acknowledge that riding involves risks and that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, practice environment, safety preparation, and compliance with applicable laws and rules.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
LOVE MOTO Education is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, motorcycle damage, legal citations, event disqualification, track incidents, or losses resulting from your use, interpretation, or misuse of educational content.
