Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how LOVE MOTO Education handles refund requests for digital course access, subscriptions, billing errors, technical access issues, and related online education services.
1. General Refund Position
LOVE MOTO Education provides digital educational content, subscriptions, online course access, and advisory-style learning resources. Because digital materials may become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and evaluated according to this policy.
2. Digital Course Access
Purchases for downloadable, streamable, or immediately accessible digital course content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law or unless a duplicate charge, technical access failure, or billing error occurred.
3. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. You may cancel future renewals according to the Subscription & Billing Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period.
4. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or billed after a confirmed cancellation, contact us with the relevant order details. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors may be refunded or credited.
5. Technical Access Issues
If you cannot access purchased content due to a technical issue caused by our platform or configuration, we will first attempt to restore access. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, LOVE MOTO Education may provide a refund, credit, or access extension at its discretion.
6. No Refunds for Riding Results
Refunds are not provided because a user did not achieve a specific riding improvement, lap time, track result, certification, personal milestone, or confidence level. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, skill, equipment, practice environment, safety conditions, and judgment.
7. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Promotional, discounted, limited-time, bundled, or special-offer purchases may be final sale unless the offer terms state otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.
8. How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review, provide your name, purchase date, order information, account email, and a clear explanation of the issue. Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically submitted to the payment processor within a reasonable administrative period. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact LOVE MOTO Education before initiating a chargeback so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of account access.
